Property Overview

The holdings of Zimnox Coal Company are scattered across beautiful Jefferson County. At approximately 2,224 acres, this amount of land would be considered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for potential buyers. As such, consideration needs to be given to the timeframe and format through which all assets are liquidated.

Proposed Splits: North

We would recommend to have the assets sold on-site with the opportunity for buyers to purchase an exceptional amount of continuous acreage or individual parcels. Whatever their financial means and personal desires allow for. While there is never a perfect time to sell, we have a push on recreational style properties towards the fall and hunting season.

And some through traditional listing/private treaty sales. While some of the properties are similar in type, each property is unique based on location, road accessibility, neighborhoods, etc.
