This information will be accessible to qualified buyers only. We will ask that all registered bidders provide proof of funds or a pre-approval letter from their lender prior to bidding.

• Rent roll showing security deposits.
• Are pets allowed.
• Which section, if any, is 55 and older. Is it a designated restriction.
• Laundry income. Are washers and dryers rented or owned.
• Utility costs breakdown (gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, landscaping, snow removal, pool maintenance).
• Cost of Insurance.
• Deferred maintenance items. (roof repair, etc.)
• How many units have appliances that are owned by the complex.
