The subject properties span 6 counties (Coshocton, Jefferson, Noble, Belmont, Guernsey, Harrison) across Ohio totaling 10,000 + Acres. Said properties consist of mined & reclaimed land, undisturbed virgin land, and mined land with no reclamation. Mineral rights not to be included. As we visit the sites, we will lay out a plan for multi parcel bidding and develop strategies to maximize the dollar with a tailored marketing approach. Each property will be marketed specifically, either individually or with combination bidding.
Auction House
Located a mere 5 minutes from our corporate headquarters is the neatly maintained Kaufman Auction House. Host to live and simulcast auctions, our capacious auction arena is perfectly suited for both content and property offerings. Inside you’ll find a large projection screen and accompanying audio system, massive 12 foot fan for comfortable air circulation, fully equipped snack bar with refrigeration, and multiple entrances for easy access.

Trailers, toppers, trucks, ATV’s and more at your disposal. Everything necessary for a successful sale resides within our armada.
Safety First
COVID-19 has been a monkey wrench for every company across the world. Luckily, our online auction capabilities, meticulous cleaning standards, and digital proficiency bared fruit when everything changed. We are more than qualified to host an equally effective auction today as we were pre-COVID.
Compensation Schedule
Option 1: 5% Commission
• 2% Buyers agent referral paid to referring agencies. (1% from Kaufman Realty commission and 1% charged to sellers)
• Advertising paid by seller, approximately $7,000 plus teaser ads
• Survey expenses $500 per parcel charged to buyer, remaining costs paid by the seller including county approvals
Option 2: 5% Buyers Premium
• 5% Commission
• 2% Buyers agent (1% from Kaufman Realty commission and 1% charged to sellers)

A wonderful tool when multiple parcels are involved in the proceedings of a property. It accurately defines the boundaries via the confluence of Google Maps and a surveyor provided file.
PPC Advertising
Quite possibly the most effective method when scrutinizing conversion rates. Largely due to the fact that you are advertising to the prospective bidder/buyer at the exact moment.
