Property Overview

The Beachy Millcreek Farm is a rarity in the Northern Coshocton County real estate market. With approximately 347 acres, this large tract of contiguous acreage offers many potential uses. Its composition consists of rolling open acreage with incredible vistas, heavily wooded draws, and an abundance of building sites. Property includes original homestead and modular home.

Synopsis

Currently, the majority of acreage is in production/crop-ground although it’s unlikely that this is the highest and best use of the land.
